  1. Introduction

    Welcome to Greatodds!

    This is an online gaming and gambling Site, therefore there are several laws and regulations that govern our activities. These rules are elucidated as clearly as possible in these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’).

    Thank You for taking the time to learn about our T&Cs. This is how we let You know what You can and can’t do on this Site, how we will use Your personal information and how we manage the Site. We have tried to keep the boring legal stuff to a minimum.

  2. The Basics

    The T&Cs are a binding agreement between us and by clicking that You accept the T&Cs when creating Your Account You agree that You have read and accepted the T&Cs. If You do not agree with the T&Cs, You should not register or continue to use the Site. Everything changes, and we may change these T&Cs at any time. Where we do so in a material way, we will contact You and inform You in advance of the new T&Cs.

    You are solely responsible for reporting, accounting and paying any taxes applicable under relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from us.

  3. Definitions

    The following terms used throughout the T&Cs shall mean: means the amount of credit available in the Account, to be used by the User for Games.

    “Available Balance” means the amount of credit available in the Account, to be used by the User for Games.

    “Bonus” shall cover all promotional offers that gift a tangible reward, including but not limited to: welcome offers, reload bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bonus spins, free bets, and risk-free bets.

    “Client” shall mean Yourself that expressly or impliedly agrees to all terms and conditions of Us by opening an account and placing bets on games on the Internet Site.

    “Force Majeure” refers to any occurrence or condition beyond one’s reasonable control which leads to a delay or default in the performance of the affected party’s contractual obligation and shall, for the purposes of Our Terms and Conditions, include Acts of God, government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any necessary license where such denial or cancellation is made through no fault of the affected party), wars, outbreak of hostilities, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, acts of terrorism, fire, explosions, floods, theft, malicious damage, strikes, lockouts, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

    "Fun Games" or "Games for fun" mean Games as defined in this Agreement but that are offered for limited gameplay in a special Game mode which does not involve payment from the Player to the Operator. The sole purpose of this mode (games for fun) is to offer the possibility for the Player ("Test Player") to try out the Games offered before staking real money.

    "Games" are Casino, Live Casino, Games, Scratch, Sportsbook and any other game on our Site (including mobile or any other platform) and ’Game’ can mean any one of them. We can remove or add Games to the Site at any time.

    "Internet Site", "Website" or "Site" shall mean the Internet Site https://m.greatodds.com.gh/ and all other sites connected to it and accessible through links or other access paths.

    "Live Casino" or "Online Casino" is online version of traditional casino, enabling users to play and wager on casino games through the Internet in real time.

    "Login and Password" shall mean the login and password details that are chosen by a player upon registering with the Greatodds Ghana Limited site.

    "Money Player" individuals over 18 years of age, or the minimum age as set in law for participation in the corresponding country, who participate in games for money (stake real money "Games for money"). You can participate in games as "Test Player" without wagering money or as "Money Player" wagering real money.

    "Registration" means the completion of the registration procedure by you with us.

    "T&Cs" are these terms, conditions and other rules which You agree to when using the Site.

    "Software" shall mean the software licensed by us including all programs and databases and any other derived content whether accessible or otherwise used by you through the Internet Site and allowing you to participate in the online casino.

    ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’” The Site is run by us, (a company registered in Ghana, under the name of Greatodds Ghana Limited. The registered office is at Plot no. 110, Off Boundary Road, E. Legon, Accra).

    "User Account", "Player Account", "Gaming Account" or "Account" shall mean a personal account opened by an individual and maintained by Greatodds Ghana Limited. as to allow this person to play the online games.

    “You” is You using the Site. “Your” has its usual meaning in relation to You.

  4. Licenses

    As we provide online gaming, by law, we need to tell You the following:

    We have been granted license no. 36 by The Gaming Commission of Ghana.

  5. How to Play

    1. Register
      1. Click on “Open Account” button
      2. Accurately complete the registration form including:
        • Your full name;
        • Your current address;
        • Your valid e-mail address;
        • Your current country of residence;
        • Your mobile number;
        • Your date of birth;
        • Your gender;
        • Enter Password;
        • Your Security Question and Answer;
        • Select currency You wish to play in.
      3. Click on “Save Information” button to confirm that the registration information in the form is the correct information and that You agree to the T&Cs.
      4. You will then have to verify Your e-mail address by clicking on the link received in Your registration e-mail inbox.
      5. You can now log-in using Your registered log-in details. button to confirm that the registration information in the form is the correct information and that You agree to the T&Cs.
      6. You are responsible for securing the Username and Password for your account with us. You are advised to choose a strong and non-predictable password for security. Also, you are solely responsible for ensuring that this password is kept secret. We hold no responsibility for any damage caused due to any act or omission caused from your end resulting in inappropriate or irregular use of your Account.
      7. You declare not to be classified as a compulsive gambler;
      8. Your registration may be refused or closed at our sole discretion, but contractual obligations already made will still have to be honoured.
      9. The registration and set up of a gaming account are free of charge.
    2. Pay

      When You are ready to play, You need to deposit money into Your Account. You do this by:

      • Clicking on “Deposit” on the Site;
      • Selecting a bonus if applicable and desired;
      • Selecting Your payment method;
      • Completing the information required for that payment method;
      • Confirming that information is accurate by clicking on “Deposit”.
    3. Verification

      We are under a strict duty as a gambling operator, in accordance with various laws and regulations, to ensure that You are who You claim to be and that the funds that You use to play are Your funds and are earned legitimately. We may therefore perform third party searches against Your name, compare the personal information You have provided, or we otherwise hold against other databases and make such enquiries and request such information and documents as we require to validate Your account and the funds being used to play in that account. Failure to provide any information asked of You to enable us to comply with our obligations under such laws and regulations (or providing incorrect information) will result in Your account being restricted or closed and / or You being reported to the relevant regulatory body (including, without any further notice to You, criminal and serious crime monitoring / reporting agencies in any territory). In such cases, the funds in Your Account may be confiscated by Us.

    4. Play

    5. Cancellation of Bets
      1. We do not accept cancellations of bets or stakes on any Games except for in exceptional circumstances. Such cancellation is solely at our discretion.
      2. We have a lot of games on the Site. Simply go to the games lobby and start playing by clicking on the game of Your choice.
  6. Want to Play

    1. To play the Games on the Site, You must be:
      • over 18 years of age or above the legal age for gambling in the country You are playing from;
      • an actual person. You cannot be a company or other legal entity;
      • playing the Games for Yourself and in a non-professional capacity;
      • legally allowed to play Games on the Site;
      • not resident in any of the countries mentioned in Clause 7.23 below.
    2. Cash Gaming Mode ("Games for Money") - After opening your account and successful depositing of money to your account, you can play games for cash. Participation in the Cash Games with real stakes requires your action to deposit cash to his gaming account as described below.
    3. Test Gaming Mode (Games for Fun) - After an account is established and you are able to successfully log into your gaming account with us, a certain amount (as defined by us) of virtual Fun Money is credited to your account. This serves the purpose for you to be able to test the games on the website. In cases where you win, there is no claim for Bonuses. Withdrawal of this credit or transferring the Fun Money as real money is not possible. The credit of virtual Fun Money is recharged automatically every day and cannot be purchased by from your end with cash.
  7. General Rules

    1. You must register and play on Your own behalf only and not on behalf of anyone else.
    2. You must keep Your login details (Name, Password or other credentials) secure and not share them with anyone. If You share them, even unintentionally, You are responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your account. We accept no liability for monies or information lost due to unauthorised use of Your Account arising from improper use of Your login details. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You keep Your details confidential and You are fully responsible for any misuse of Your login details. You can keep track of Your latest login and logout times from within Your Account. If You are concerned that Your credentials have been disclosed to a third party, You should notify Us immediately so that We may provide You with a new password. Unless caused by any negligence on Our part, any unauthorized use of Your login details are Your sole responsibility and will be deemed as Your own use.
    3. If You register details such as a username that is deemed to be abusive or racial, we reserve the right to close Your Account without any further explanation.
    4. The Client’s Account - Your Account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system or by any other similar insurance system. Any money deposited in your account shall not attract any interest.
    5. We may any time set off any positive balance on your Account against any amount owed by yourself (including under a Duplicate Account) to us, including (without limitation) where we re-settle any bets or wagers pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
    6. It is prohibited for you to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from other parties. Funds can only be remitted to the same account from where they originated at the deposit stage.
    7. You must always keep Your registration information up to date. In the event that we have reason to believe that the information given is inaccurate, we are entitled to suspend or terminate your account and retain any winnings.
    8. We shall treat with care the information which you entrust to us, in accordance with the disclosures we provide during the registration process and in our Privacy Policy.
    9. If You realise that the information provided at registration is incorrect, You must tell us immediately or immediately amend Your information.
    10. It is Your responsibility to know if Your activity on the Site is legal in the country from which You are playing.
    11. You are only allowed one account on this Site. If You have more than one account, You must immediately tell us. Use of more than one Account per physical player is known as "multi-accounting" and as such is strictly forbidden. We retain the right to close a User Account at any time and to cancel all the transactions pertaining to any Player that has registered more than one Account in his own name or under different names, in the event that we have reason to suspect that the registration of said multiple Accounts has been undertaken with the intent of defrauding or cheating.
    12. Only one account for each household is allowed. If You realise that there is more than one account at Your household, You must immediately tell us.
    13. You may play any game on the Site, if You have enough money on Your account.
    14. You are not allowed to transfer or receive funds from one account to another and /or to transfer, sell or buy accounts.
    15. You agree that we can check who You are who You claim to be. You agree to give us all documents we request to prove Your registration information and payment details, such as (by way of example only) a copy of Your passport or identity card, utility bills, bank statements, or any other documents evidencing Your source of funds as may be necessary.
    16. You cannot use any technical error or vulnerability to Your advantage. We will be entitled to cancel and reclaim all winnings gained in this manner.
    17. You will not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your (or third party) use of the Site. You shall not use any software assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices in aid of Your participation of the Games on the Site.
    18. You agree that we may also share Your information with other people or businesses, in line with our Privacy Policy, to carry out our business and deliver the Site to You.
    19. You agree that all deposits/withdrawals made to/from Your player account, are affected to/from bank account/s, debit/credit card/s or any other payment options available in Your country, which belong solely to You and are in Your name.
    20. You warrant your understanding that laws regarding online gambling vary throughout the world, and it is your obligation alone to ensure compliance with any law, regulation or directive, relevant to your country of domicile. Ability to access our website does not necessarily mean that our Services, and/or your activities through it, are legal under the laws, regulations or directives relevant to your country of domicile.
    21. You understand and accept that we are unable to provide you with any legal advice or assurances and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with the laws that govern yourself and that you have the complete legal right to play the Games. Any participation in the Games is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the Games, you acknowledge that you do not find the Games or Services to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent in any way.
    22. We are not liable in any way to any persons in the event of force majeure, or for the act of any government or legal authority. In the event that any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effective.
    23. You guarantee at all times not to be a resident of the 'Excluded Countries' like:

      • France
      • Iran
      • Libya
      • Pakistan
      • Panama
      • South Sudan
      • Sudan
      • Sri lanka
      • Syria
      • The Netherlands
      • Trinidad and Tobago
      • USA
      • Yemen
    24. We do not intend that the Website should be used for betting or any other purposes by your end present in countries in which such activities are illegal.
  8. These are Our rights

    1. We can close an account or refuse to open an account for any reason.
    2. We can suspend or close Your account for any breach or suspected breach of this Agreement or other valid reason. Upon closure of Your Account, the full balance in Your Account will be paid to You unless there is a reason for such funds to be withheld.
    3. Whilst we understand that mistakes and typos happen, if we find the information given at the time of registration to be incorrect, this gives us the right to close Your Account and keep any applicable funds in it. Likewise, if You fail to pass any personal identification verification procedures we will also close Your Account and withhold any winnings.
    4. If You try to open any other account, on top of Your first account, we may block or close the account. We may also block or close Your first account. If we leave Your first account open Your remaining deposits from any other accounts, if any, will be transferred to Your first account. We may deduct a reasonable administrative fee of 10% (minimum EUR 30) for every other account opened. We may also deduct further fees under these T&Cs.
    5. If We find there is more than one account registered for Your household, we may block or close any accounts for that household.
    6. We may share Your personal and payment information with other people or businesses, in line with our Privacy Policy, to check that You are who You say You are and for any verification procedures that we require.
    7. We do not give credit, outside of bonuses or campaigns as permitted according to law. Any balance on Your Account will not bear interest. We will not be treated as a financial institution.
    8. If You are found to be using the Site in any way for which it is not intended, to be fun and recreational, we will adjust Your Account to remove any money gained from such activity and the account may be permanently closed.
    9. We may refuse, terminate or limit any bet or wager for any reason in line with our internal policies and regulation.
    10. We may terminate markets on specific sports and any game the Site has available.
    11. We will declare a bet or stake partially or fully void (and /or close Your Account) if we believe that any of the following apply:
      • You, or people associated with You may have directly or indirectly influenced the outcome of an event;
      • You, or people associated with You may have access to insider knowledge that can influence the outcome of an event;
      • You, or people associated with You are engaged in arbitrage or matched betting;
      • You and or people associated with You directly or indirectly ignore the T&Cs;
      • The result of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity;
      • A significant change in odds happened, for example due to a public announcement in relation to an event; Bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted that we would not have accepted, due to a technical issue affecting the Site at that point in time or a mistake, misprint and/or anything which is outside our control.
    12. We may close Your Account, cancel and/or refund any of Your winnings found in the “Real Money” balance, (after the deduction of any withdrawal charges), withhold winnings and /or apply debits as required (in relation to damage caused by You) and in line with regulation, withhold a reason or give any notice. If we do this, all valid contractual obligations in place at the time of closure will be honoured.
    13. If we suspect that You are involved in illegal or fraudulent activities relating to Your use of the Site (or a third parties use of the Site) or are in trouble with creditors or are involved in any other behaviour detrimental to the Site, we may freeze or close Your Account and /or cancel stakes
    14. We offer fair, open and transparent progressive jackpots on specific games for players who use its services for entertainment purposes only. In cases where We suspect that a game’s or promotion’s intended spirit is abused, We reserve the right to suspend or cancel entirely Your access to the game in question. Should We find it necessary, We may also close Your account with immediate effect. Where Your Account has been terminated, We shall not be liable for any losses up to the point the account was closed, nor will We consider any refunds on balances remaining on the account. ‘Abuse’ is defined as but not limited to software-aided play on multiple games concurrently to generate more rounds of a game that could not be done naturally by a human player playing alone. Also the practice of ‘cherry-picking’ games with ‘value’ jackpots, to the rank exclusion of all other games, will be considered an abuse of the spirit in which the jackpot is intended. In all cases where abuse has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt, We retain the right to confiscate all of the winnings and any balance remaining on the account.
    15. We are not responsible for any typing human or palpable error which leads to any errors or omissions, including the announcing, publishing or making of prices or results, other than those intended.
    16. All transactions will be monitored and/or reviewed to prevent money laundering according to the relevant Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
  9. Payment Rules

    1. Making Deposits
      1. Payment methods can be found under both “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Site. The payment methods made available to You may change. Some payment methods may not be available in all countries. When choosing a payment method, You agree to the terms of that payment method and agree to any charges that apply and that the payment method is valid and that the payment account or card belongs to You and You have the right to use the payment method. It is the Your sole responsibility to take care that you are aware of these possible third-party fees that banks and financial institutions may independently charge You for deposits made into the Account.
      2. It is unlawful to deposit money which has been obtained illegally.

        You declare not to deposit money using a credit card, bank accounts and any other payment accounts and solutions to which you are not authorised. In addition, you are not allowed to use business/company credit cards or bank accounts to deposit funds into your user account.

      3. We accept payments made in TRY / EUR / GBP / USD / ZAR or such other currency as is made available in the currency drop down from time to time. You must choose one currency as the currency of Your Account depending on the country You are playing from. Any payments received in a currency other than the one chosen by You will be converted into the currency of Your Account at the exchange rate we choose. Also, any exchange premiums are payable by You.
      4. When payment is made using a credit card, we may request a certified copy of that credit card (front and back). Please ensure that only the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card are visible and that the CVV /CVV2 number on the back of the card is also not visible. If You place a bet with Your credit or debit card Your bet is not valid until We receive the funds from Your bank (credit card). If such payment is not forthcoming before the commencement of the event that You have bet on, then that bet is automatically void.
      5. We do not accept cash directly or cash delivered to any payment solution provider
      6. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to complete transactions. It is your responsibility to be aware of any relevant laws and regulations concerning online gambling in your specific country or jurisdiction.
      7. It is strongly recommended that you retain copies of transaction records, in addition to any Merchant policies and rules.
      8. Self-deposit limits can be imposed by your end through the use of the website.
      9. For all deposit and withdrawal methods, deposits to your account will take place instantaneously or few hours in some cases, while in case of withdrawals some might be processed in few hours and some will require between 3 to 5 days to process.
      10. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to request proof of payments to any player’s accounts.
      11. All payments into your Account must be from a payment source on which you are the named account holder.
      12. You expressly authorize us to collect any account fees due and owing pursuant to these terms and conditions by debiting your credit card on file, or by debiting your gaming account.
    2. Withdrawals

      You may withdraw any amount up to the “Real Money” balance in Your Account by issuing a valid notice of withdrawal. Notices for withdrawals must be made on the Site only

      If You want to withdraw all Your funds, You must first cancel any outstanding stakes. A request for withdrawal cannot be made while you are involved in a gaming session. When you submit your first request for withdrawal, details of your personal bank account or any other payment method available and acceptable for such withdrawal should be provided to us.

      You agree that funds in Your Account must only be used for playing the Games found on the Site. If You request a withdrawal without turning over an amount that is equal or more than the amount deposited we may require You to make a turnover of the full or part of the previous deposit/s made and/or charge a fee on the withdrawal requested. This will be done in line with our internal security processes and procedures. We can reject a withdrawal request if we suspect that funds are being withdrawn for any fraudulent or money laundering reasons.

      Our finance department handles all withdrawal requests submitted. Withdrawal methods and their relative information are included in the Withdrawal section on the website: my account. Any expense related to withdrawal requests, if applicable and explicitly announced on the website, shall be charged from you. Withdrawals of winnings or parts thereof will be paid out upon request from your end.

      Prior to accepting a withdrawal, we may request that You provide legal identification for example certified copies of passports, ID cards or other such documentation as we feel is required in the circumstances. We may also carry out phone verification, face verification or other such verification as is required to ensure that You are who You say You are. All phone calls and any electronic transactions are recorded.

      Verification of a customer is triggered upon first deposit being made, whether such threshold was reached in a single transaction or a series of transactions within a rolling period of 180 days. We may also carry out these verification procedures even in case of lower withdrawals. Where withdrawal is to be made using a credit card, we may request a certified copy of that credit card (front and back). Please ensure that only the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card are visible and that the CVV /CVV2 number on the back of the card is also not visible. The credit card You use must be in Your name and cannot be in the name of another person.

      All withdrawals must be done through the same payment method chosen by You when placing a deposit, unless we decide otherwise or are unable to do so. If You deposit using a number of payment methods, we reserve the right to split Your withdrawal across such payment methods and process each part through the respective payment method at our discretion and in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulation.

      Withdrawals from your Account can only be addressed strictly to the person registered on the account and as per the conditions specified on the Website.

      We may carry out additional verification procedures. These actions shall be carried out within reasonable timeframe to avoid any inconvenience. We may carry such verification procedures in case of lower pay-outs. To avoid any doubt, we may delay the crediting of any such payment to the user account until such verification measures are carried out. Once a withdrawal request is submitted it can take us up to 3 business days to process the request. However, we will be doing our best to process withdrawal requests immediately.

      We may request that You redirect Your withdrawal or cancel it or request that it is redirected to a different method of withdrawal in accordance with anti-money laundering polices and/or regulation.

      Cancellation of a withdrawal (whether this was made by You or us) does not entitle You to any compensation should You choose to play with the funds in Your Account before any withdrawal is completed.

    3. Chargebacks

      If a chargeback on a card or depositing method You have used is requested by the payment method provider, we may take the following steps:

      • We may block Your Account;
      • We may take any such action as we are entitled to by law;
      • A chargeback notice may be issued and sent to You, using Your registration details;
      • We will use the same payment method as chosen by You when placing a deposit in order to issue the chargeback;
      • If we are unable to confirm Your identity and the payment method used in order to credit the account in question, we will send out two reminder emails and these will be subject to a reasonable administrative fee of fifty (50) euros each, withdrawn from Your Account funds which are unrelated to the chargeback.
      • The balance of Your Account may turn negative in cases of chargeback.
  10. Limited Use

    1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited personal use to access the site (the "License"). The site use is conditioned on continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
    2. You agree not to resell marketing materials provided to you by us or permit secured access of the site to others, and not to copy any materials appearing on the site for resale or for any other purpose to others without the prior written consent of us. You shall be responsible and bound by any unauthorized use of the site, made in breach of this section.
    3. You agree to use the information received from our end for the sole purpose of executing transactions inside and within the site.
  11. Closing Your Account

    1. You can close Your Account at any time, by contacting support directly on our email.
    2. When You close Your Account:
      • You must first cancel any outstanding offers for stakes that You have made;
      • You must contact support and specifically request for the closing of Your Account;
      • We will promptly transfer all funds from Your Account (subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges) to bank account/s, debit/credit card/s or any other payment options available in Your country (excluding cash), which belong solely to You and are in Your name. Such transfers will be executed in accordance with various laws and regulations applicable in Your jurisdiction.
    3. If You want to recover funds from closed, blocked or excluded accounts, You need to contact support.
    4. If You are closing Your Account because You have a problem with gambling addiction, please refer to Our responsible gaming page.
  12. Dormant & Inactive Accounts

    1. An inactive account is an account, having a real money balance that has not been accessed for an uninterrupted period of 12 months.
    2. A dormant account is a closed account which has no real money balance.
    3. After a notification has been sent to your registered email address, the whole balance may be removed from the Account.
    4. Once Your Account is inactive, we will, in no less than thirty (30) days, notify You that your account is due to become inactive. We will contact You via verified e-mail to inform You that we will charge a EUR 10.00 per month as a reasonable administrative fee. The fees will be deducted from your inactive account monthly until such a time as Your Account is no longer in credit or has become active once again. The first fee will be charged at the end of the 4th month after the last account login was recorded. If Your Account was not inactive, You can request a full refund of the administrative fees charged when you log in again, by contacting our customer services.
    5. Fees will not be charged to Your Account which has become inactive due to a self-exclusion. Upon the expiration of a self-exclusion period of six (6) months or less, inactivity fees will be charged if You remain inactive for longer than one (1) calendar month. If You self-exclude for a period longer than six (6) months, We will close Your Account and refund the remaining balance to You.
    6. Accounts which have no real money balance will become dormant.
  13. Bonuses

    1. The Site offers You a selection of bonuses, rewards and promotions. These are designed solely for You taking part in recreational betting and gaming.
    2. Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address.     6. All Bonuses have a wagering requirement that needs to be completed within a given time frame before any potential winnings and/or bonuses can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirements for each Bonus are set out in the specific terms for the Bonus and will be expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, or of the Bonus plus the Deposit amount, along with a time limit by which this amount must be played through. Failure to meet the required wagering requirements and/or forfeit of an active Bonus for any reason may result in the forfeit of all winnings attained throughout the wagering process of the Bonus. Any attempt to withdraw any funds or cash out any placed bets prior to the complete fulfilment of the Bonus wagering requirement, may result in the Bonus and any winnings attained being forfeited.     7. Any evidence or reasonable suspicion that specific bets were placed on any Game (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create "action") without risk will not qualify for any wagering requirement. Examples of bets without risk include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette. If You are found to be colluding with other players, You will have Your bets cancelled, account closed and all deposits made by You may be forfeited.
    8. Where any Bonus is capable of giving You guaranteed or increased chances of profits irrespective of the outcome; and we have any evidence or reasonable suspicion that You have placed a bet or multiple bets (alone or in a group of players) across any of the Sites belonging to the Company on such a Bonus, then we may withdraw the Bonus and all winnings attained by You during the wagering of the Bonus and we may also close Your account and withhold all funds remaining on Your Account at our absolute discretion.
    9. If You cancel the Bonus You will lose the Bonus and all winnings generated from the Bonus. Details on the applicable restrictions can be found in the specific terms of the promotion.
    10. We have the right to refuse any player a Bonus or we may alter the Bonus (including cancellation), if we believe that:
      • the Bonus is being abused (our definition of abuse includes but is not limited to a player making use of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds);
      • technical issues have occurred in relation to the Bonus;
      • the Bonus is, for any reason, not able to be conducted as planned.
    11. We offer promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or remove a player’s access to these games in the case of suspected abuse of this offer and also, should we deem so necessary, terminate the offender’s account with immediate effect. In the case of an offender’s account being closed, we will not be liable to refund any losses made by a player on any games or to refund any balances on the players account. ‘Abuse’ includes but is not limited to using software and/or opening multiple accounts in order to gain an unfair advantage on a Bonus.       Therefore: If we notice that a bonus is being abused and/or the bonus terms are being breached, we may take the following actions against such abusers:

      • Revoke and/or cancel any bonuses and bonus winnings that we regard may have been redeemed by misuse of the system; and/or
      • Players found to be abusing bonus offers may be barred from receiving further bonuses; and/or
      • Abusing player accounts may be terminated.

      A list of what may be deemed abuse may include but is not limited to:

      • Using more than one account;
      • Equal, zero or low margin bets;
      • Wagering bonuses on excluded games;
      • Collusion;
      • Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical forms of abuse or other behaviour which amounts to deliberate cheating;
      • Masking IP address or using a VPN.
    12. All Bonuses are intended for recreational players and/or as tokens of appreciation to our customers and we therefore reserve the right to restrict eligibility to participate in all or part of any Bonus.
    13. If any kind of bonus or free bet or credit of any kind has been credited to You’re Account but has not been used within a period of 7 days, the Site shall be entitled, without notice, to reclaim that bonus or free bet or credit and amend that Your Account accordingly.
    14. Bonuses being offered and their details of crediting Bonus Money will be available on the Bonus/Promotions section of the website. The amount of Bonus Money is determined by us and set out on the website. You have no general entitlement to receive Bonus Money.     15. The Bonus Money is kept separately from Real Money on the account. It will not be paid out directly but instead only once it has been played through/wagered into real cash winnings. If the account contains both Bonus Money & Real Money, Bonus Money will be used before Real Money.

      If a Deposit of Real Money is made to trigger a Bonus, ‘Deposit Bonuses’, the Real Money deposited will be assigned and linked to the Bonus Money.     1. When You contact us, You will not make statements which:

      • Are abusive, defamatory or otherwise harasses, threatens or causes distress or inconvenience to our support agents.
    2. We record or keep copies of all communications that You have with our support agents.
    3. Any information given out by agents is a guide only and is subject to the Greatodds T&Cs. Although we will make every endeavour to make sure the information supplied to the You is correct, ultimately it is the Your responsibility to ensure they understand what You are betting on and the terms and conditions.
  18. Chat Rules

    1. We may provide You with a chat facility to talk to other players. When contacting each other, You shall not make statements or transmit content which:
      • Are sexually explicit or grossly offensive;
      • Uses derogatory terms and/or incites hatred;
      • Encourages or facilitates antisocial behaviour;
      • Encourages or facilitates any illegal activities;
      • Harasses, threatens or causes distress or inconvenience to other players;
      • Influences other player’s actions through intimidation or abuse;
      • Disrupts the normal flow of dialogue, make statements that are abusive, defamatory, harassing or insulting to users of the Site;
      • Advertise, promote or otherwise relate to any other online entities including forums;
      • Is about the Site, or any other Internet site(s) connected to the Site and is untrue and/or malicious and/or damaging to the Site.
    2. You will not collude in any way through the chat rooms.
    3. Any suspicious chats will be reported to The Gaming Commission of Ghana.
    4. We review all chats and keep a log and record of all statements. Your use of the chat facility should be for recreational and socialising purposes only.
    5. If You breach any of the provisions relating to the chat facility, we may remove the chat room or immediately close Your Account. If we do, we shall refund any funds which may be in Your Account over and above any amount which may be owed to us (if any).

    2. We also have the right to freeze or terminate Your Account or cancel any stakes if:

  22. Anti-money laundering reporting

  23. Intellectual property

    1. We are the sole owner of the trademark ‘Greatodds’ and the ‘Greatodds’ logo. Any unauthorised use of the ‘Greatodds’ trademark and the ’Greatodds’ logo may result in prosecution.

    3. We are the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and business systems used within the Site.

  24. Term and Termination

    The term of the Agreement shall be for an indefinite period Should you wish to terminate this Agreement at any time. You may do so by following the procedure set out in Clause 11.

  25. Severability

    If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&Cs and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.

  26. Entire Agreement and Admissibility

    1. The T&Cs are the entire agreement between us with respect to this Site and, except in the case of fraud, overrule all prior communication and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between us.
    2. A printed version of these T&Cs and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings.
  27. Assignment

    We can assign or transfer this agreement. You cannot assign or transfer this agreement.

  28. Insolvency

    We hold all customer funds in a separate bank account. You must be aware that these funds are not protected in the case of insolvency and therefore in the event that we should go insolvent, Your funds may not be returned to You.

  29. Applicable law, jurisdiction and language

    1. These T&Cs are governed by the Laws of Ghana and the parties agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of such courts.
    2. These T&Cs are published in a number of languages. It is only the English version that forms the legal basis of the relationship between us but all versions reflect the same principles.
